Ingredients
- ½ oz ginger syrup
- ½ oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur
- ¾ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ½ oz Barr Hill Gin
- ½ egg white (pasteurized)
Preparation
Dry shake (no ice) all ingredients vigorously until egg emulsify and forms a white foam (about 20 seconds). Pour over ice and garnish with a dust of fresh grated nutmeg.
