Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped field garlic greens
- ¼ cup minced field garlic bulbs
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 cups sour cream
- ⅓ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until the spices and field garlic are evenly distributed throughout the sour cream and yogurt base. Taste and reseason with salt, pepper, and lemon juice as desired.
Serve this dip alongside chipped fresh vegetables such as carrots, celery or cucumber, or with chips, crackers, pita or sliced crusty bread.
