Ingredients
- 6 plum tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup sweet onion, minced
- ½ green or red pepper, chopped
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño and/or red-hot pepper to taste, minced
- Juice of 1 or 2 limes
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to combine.
Place salsa in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow flavors to blend.
