Ingredients
- 2 oz Dry Line Gin
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz cranberry shrub*
- Splash of cranberry juice
- Splash of tonic
Preparation
Shake and strain into a chilled, salt-and-sugarrimmed martini glass. Garnish with starfruit.
*To make cranberry shrub: combine 12 oz cider vinegar, 10 oz sugar, and 1 cup mashed fresh cranberries, preferably local and organic. Stir and refrigerate for 2-5 days (longer is better). Strain into squeeze bottle.
