Ingredients
- 4 ounces fresh baby arugula
- 4 ounces fresh watercress
- 1 pint grape tomatoes for garnish, optional
Preparation
Just before serving, toss the greens with ¼ to ⅓ cup of the dressing to coat lightly.
Divide the salad equally among four plates, topping with the lobster mixture. Serve garnished with sliced grape tomatoes.
