Ingredients
- 2½ oz Dry Line Gin
- 1¼ oz Aperol Liqueur
- 1¼ oz Nonino Amaro
- Dash “PDA” (Pain D’Avignon) housemade rhubarb bitters*
Preparation
Shake ingredients over ice and serve in a martini glass with a rhubarb spear/stalk garnish.
*Pain D’Avignon uses housemade rhubarb bitters, but a good, easy-to-find substitute is sold by Fee Brothers.
