- 1 pound farfalle pasta
- Variety of colorful heirloom tomatoes, grape or cherry, roughly cut
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package of Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ cup torn basil
- 3⁄4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package. While pasta is cooking, mix the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and Brie in a bowl and set aside.
Drain the pasta and pour into a warm bowl, then add the tomato mixture, basil, walnuts, salt, and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately on a large warm platter or directly from the bowl.
