Ingredients
- 4 ¼-inch slices cucumber
- 1½ oz Dry Line Gin
- 3 dashes Lillet Rose
- 1 egg white
- 1 oz ginger simple syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
Preparation
Muddle cucumber slices in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into another shaker and dry shake to activate egg whites. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with cucumber ribbon.
