Curry Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon sherry
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Melt butter in a small saucepan, add curry powder, and cook for 2 minutes to release curry flavor. Stir in sherry and lemon juice. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve at once.
