Ingredients
- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine
- 3⁄4 cup gin
- 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- ½ honeydew melon cubed
- 1 seedless cucumber, sliced (English is seedless)
- ½ cup packed fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup sparkling water or club soda
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except sparkling water in a large pitcher and stir well. Refrigerate at least 3 hours (more if possible). Just before serving, pour in sparkling water and gently stir to combine. Serve over ice.
