Danielle Nettleton is the pastry chef and owner of Eat Cake 4 Breakfast Bakery in Brewster. A native of Connecticut, by way of Telluride, Colorado, and Paris, France, she landed on the Cape permanently five years ago. She is classically trained, and attended Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. When she’s not busy in the kitchen, she can be found on the flats with her Newfoundland, Tuckernuck.
