Carol Rizzoli

Carol Rizzoli’s new book, The $5 Foodie: Cook Better, Spend Less, Enjoy More, is the result of a five-year family project to share ideas and recipes for great eating at reasonable cost. Other books include The House at Royal Oak, a memoir with recipes, and The Artist’s Table, a collaboration with master chefs. Carol often writes and lectures on food and culture and lives in Barnstable, Massachusetts.
