Soak wooden skewers in warm water. Toss 18 sea scallops in sesame and peanut oil, then skewer. Cook on the grill on high heat until the scallops are opaque. They cook quickly, so keep an eye on them! Before serving, sprinkle the scallops with chopped fresh cilantro and mint, and serve with the dipping sauce on the side.
