- 2 ¼-inch slices of cucumber
- 3 oz Dry Line Gin
- 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Splash champagne
In a mixing glass, muddle cucumber. Add ice, Dry Line Gin, St-Germain, and lemon juice and shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon twist and cucumber slice.
