
Jeremiah’s Coleslaw
(Serves6)
Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 large carrot
- ½ cup French’s yellow mustard
- ¾ cup honey
- ½ cup cider vinegar
- ½ tablespoon celery seed
- Kosher salt
- Freshly-ground black pepper
Notes
Quarter and shred cabbage (a mandolin makes quick work of this, if available).
Peel carrot and grate on box grater.
Whisk mustard, honey and vinegar in a mixing bowl. Add cabbage, carrots, celery seed, mix everything, and season to taste with Kosher salt and black pepper.
Chill and serve.
