8th Annual Farm & Sea-To-Table Event ~ Saturday, October 8th ~ 6-9pm at Nauset Regional High School ~ Presented by the Culinary Arts Program to benefit their Eat Local/Eat Clean Food Initiatives, Garden Restoration and Culinary Travel Scholarships
MEET & EAT! ~~~ MAKE THE WINNING BID! ~~~ MOVE n GROOVE ~~~ LEARN STUFF! MEET us on campus, & treat your taste buds to the local, seasonal offerings of Nauset Regional High School’s Culinary Arts students - featuring locally produced foods donated by local farms, fishermen and seafood markets. MOVE to the live music provided by --- as you sample the food and BID on the exciting foodie & garden themed online Silent Auction on your phone. Online auction items will include many Cape-wide fine and casual dining gift certificates, cooking school and private catering services, a selection of approachable wines, farmer’s market gift certificates, inspiring cookbooks, Culinary & Garden-themed student art, gift items and more! You will also have the opportunity to LEARN to shuck an oyster and WATCH fun Chef Demos from Chef Brandi Felt-Castellano of Apt/Cape Cod -- and -- ACK-Gioia Cheesemaker Alex Hitchcock! Representatives of the Orleans Farmer’s Market, Food Forest Initiative of Cape Cod and a local farmer or two will also be on hand with information, ideas and to answer your questions!
