Grilled Chocolate Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta roll
  • 1-ounce scoop of high quality fudge, preferably homemade
  • 1 ounce of chocolate discs, chopped

Preparation

Slice roll in half and spread with fudge. Sprinkle with chocolate discs. Wrap sandwich tightly in plastic wrap and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Unwrap sandwich and grill on panini press at 400, for 3 minutes.
