In a mixing glass combine Earl Grey-infused Dry Line Gin, St-Germain, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass and express the oils of a lemon swath over the cocktail.

*To make tea-infused gin: combine one 750 ml bottle of Dry Line Gin with 4 oz of Earl Grey tea. (Oriana uses loose leaf organic Earl Grey tea from the Atlantic Spice Company in Truro.) Allow to infuse for 20 minutes, then strain tea leaves from gin.

  • 2 oz Earl Grey tea-infused Dry Line Gin*
  • 1 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
