Preparation

Combine first four ingredients and shake with raspberries, then pour into a rocks glass. Finish with a Chambord float. Garnish with 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 blackberry, and 1 raspberry.

*Rosemary simple syrup is equal parts sugar and water with 3-5 sprigs of fresh rosemary. Bring the water to a boil, add the sugar and rosemary and let simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Then let cool before using in a cocktail.

  • 2 oz Dry Line Gin
  • ½ oz Luxardo
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz rosemary simple syrup*
  • 3 raspberries
  • Chambord
