Mathew Peters, 33, who has worked as the executive sous-chef at Per Se and has won the Bocuse d’Or, a top French culinary competition named for legendary French chef Paul Bocuse, will be joining us to present an exclusive truffle dinner! This once in a lifetime meal will feature black & white truffles and sophisticated wine pairings throughout the five course dinner. $180 per person.
