FIVE COURSE MENU
Amuse-Bouche: Pumpkin panna cotta, plum, yogurt gel
First Course: Roasted cauliflower soup, tamarin, crème fraîche, pomegranate paired with Maine Beer Company Peeper American Ale. Dry, clean & well balanced pale ale with a generous dose of American hops.
Second Course: Seared scallop, celeriac, cranberry, brown butter paired with Maine Beer Company Zoe Amber Ale. Complex malt blend with hints of dark raisin, chocolate & biscuit. Pine & citrus notes come from copious amounts of American hops.
Third Course: Smoked duck, chestnut purée, fontina tortellini, dried blueberry, savory granola paired with Maine Beer Company Mo Pale Ale. Zesty citrus, passion fruit and pine, subtle malt sweetness, dry finish.
Fourth Course: Braised short ribs, orange zest crust, sharp cheddar polenta, squash jam, Brussels sprouts, demi-glace paired with Maine Beer Company Lunch. Intense hop flavors & tropical, citrus fruit & pine aromas, subtle malt sweetness.
Fifth Course: Apple tarte tartin, smoked raisin purée, fall spice gelato, candied nuts, honey sand paired with Maine Beer Company Mean Old Tom Vanilla Stout. Aged on vanilla beans with notes of coffee & dark chocolate. The silky mouth feel comes from flaked oats.
