Supper Club with Chef Austin Peters
It’s hard not to get nostalgic for our favorite hangouts! These were cool places good for a whole night of entertainment, socializing, an unpretentious American meal followed by a show. While we can’t deliver a lounge act, we can promise we’ll teach you how to cook this meal from scratch: potato leek soup, pork tenderloin cutlets with mushroom pan sauce, sautéed green beans with almonds, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes.
