American lobster is perhaps the most well-known seafood around the world, and Cape Cod has a thriving commercial fishery for it. Well-managed to ensure the health of future populations, lobstering has many conservation measures, such as pot limits, size restrictions and rules to protect egg-bearing females.

Learn about the differences between fishing in Cape Cod Bay and off the backside of the Cape from fisherman Rob Martin from Sandwich. Yes, there will be samples!

Come early and enjoy appetizers and locally-crafted Cape Cod Beer starting at 5 p.m. The presentation will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Our Meet the Fleet events are free to the public, but RSVP is required.
