The Cocktail Hour - Foraged & Farmed
We’ll begin by strolling through the gardens with beverage in hand to discover flowers, weeds, and other tasty plants. Next hear Ellen explain cocktail making basics. Taste garden-grown and foraged hors d'oeuvres and hear how to create them for yourselves. Find the tastiest vegetables and herbs to grow. Discover which common weeds are not only edible but truly delicious. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
$60.00 per person, $100.00 per couple includes beverages, hors d'oeuvres, and a swag-bag of plants and products. Ellen’s book, The Wildcrafted Cocktail, and C.L’s The Cocktail Hour Garden, will be available for purchase and signing.
